TUESDAY

8:00-9:00 a.m.  Yoga for Women. NEW!

WEDNESAY. 

7:00-8:00 p.m. Yoga for Harmony Workshop class. 

5:30-6:30 p.m. Yoga 4 Kids. NEW! Ages 8-12

8:00–9:00 a.m.  Yoga for Women.

4:30-6:30 a.m. Early bird Yoga & Meditation (Sadhana)  Mission. FREE with your membership.

    We do not charge a registration fee or require a yearly contract, pay as you go . 

    • Workshop Class: $90 (8 week session)

    • Yoga for kids and Prenatal $72 ( p/month)

    • Yoga for Women: $80 (p/month)

NEW TO YOGA?

No problem, call us to schedule you for an introductory class. Meet the instructor and share your questions and concerns. We are here to help you get started! The day of your introductory class you will need to arrive 10 minutes before the class begins. Wear nice comfy clothes that allow your body to move and your skin to breathe, bring a towel or sheepskin to sit on and your water bottle. You are set!
