Our Teachers and Studios

Our team of teachers is bilingual and internationally certified, they will guide you through your class. By keeping our classes small we encourage "one on one" teacher-student interaction.

All of our teachers are members of the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKYTA).  

  • Sat Jivan Kaur: She is our studio director, has over 25 years of experience and teaches yoga for relaxation. She is also head of the Teacher Training Team.
  • Siri Hari Kaur: She teaches Prenatal Yoga and Yoga 4 Kids. Has over 15 years of experience and also participates in Teacher Training.
  • Siri Anand Singh: He teaches Yoga for Stress Relief and has over 9 years of experience.
  • Guru Gian Kaur (Lorenza): She teaches Yoga for Harmony, moved to the Valley 8 years ago and has been teaching with us since then. 
  • Kalyan Kaur (Alicia): Substitute teacher
