Level 1. Foundations and Awakening
This is where you learn the fundamental understanding of the essential parts and character of a human being, and the fundamental principles and practices of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Completing this stage makes you a certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga.This comprehensive 220 hour training includes:

•    Awakening through Sound and Mantra
•    Asana and Kriyas
•    Meditation and the Aspects of the Mind
•    Role and Consciousness of a Kundalini Yoga Teacher
•    Yoga Philosophy
•    Western and Subtle Yogic Anatomy
•    Lifestyle of a Yogi
•    Learning to teach Kundalini Yoga Postures, Kriyas & Meditation
•    Practical experience in instructing classes and teaching methodology

This program includes an Asopciate Membership in the 3HO International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (IKYTA) and also meets the standards for the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification set by the Yoga Alliance, a national alliance of diverse yoga organizations.  

KRI Certification is lead by teams of KRI Teacher Trainers who will help you fine tune your growth and gain a sense of excellence as a Teacher of Kundalini Yoga.

Level 2. Transformation
This is were you will expand and deepen the consciousness of the Teacher within you. Consists of 5 different modules: Consciuos Communication, Mind and Meditation, Authentic Relationships, LifeCycles and LifeStyles, Vitality and Stress. Completing this stage makes you a certified Practitioner of Kundalini Yoga.

Teacher Training Courses are taught in Spanish by bilingual teachers. If you understand the language, even if you are not very fluent speaking it, we can provide you with text books and manuals in English.
