YOGA works is the first Kundalini Yoga Studio, as taught by Yogi Bhajan,  in the Rio Grande Valley. With two convenient locations, McAllen & Mission, it provides unique atmosphere to promote relaxation and well being.

YOGA workshops:8 weeks of yoga for Stress Relief on Mondays or for Harmony on Wednesdays. Pick your workshop or enroll for both!  

Yoga for Women:Enjoy yoga exercises and meditations specifically designed for Women of all ages.
